Not me.

I was a business school graduate from the Netherlands who was (and still is) passionate about marketing and helping people make smart financial decisions. I knew that with my luxury marketing background, and my quirky personality (a combination of an overly honest and hardworking Dutch person and a smiley, social California butterfly), I would thrive as a realtor.

Now, me and my team are here to help you thrive as well! To help you confidently play the game of real estate!

I was always a serial entrepreneur, even as a kid. So I left my international marketing job in 2013 and turned to real estate. I decided to build a brand that valued lifestyle and family as much as business. One that focuses on long term gains, and relationships instead of short term wins. 

Once I entered real estate, I quickly sold my first million dollar home. Now, more than 10 years later, I am an award-winning mom who wants to help other families build their wealth through Orange County real estate! How do I do it? By providing hyper-personal service and tailor-made strategies. When you work with me you won’t get delegated to an assistant. It will be me picking up the phone when you call. Orange County is an attractive real estate market to foreign buyers (and sellers). International transactions are however significantly different and more complex than domestic deals. From currency issues and financing to visa and tax laws, working with a REALTOR® who knows how to handle these differences can make or break the purchase or sale of your home. Because of these nuances, it is essential to work with a knowledgeable and trusted professional.

A Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designee has undergone specialized training to complete international transactions seamlessly and with reduced risk. The CIPS designation is the only international designation recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®. Only REALTORS® who have completed the coursework and demonstrated considerable experience in international business can call themselves a CIPS designee, and use the name and logo. Designees are well-informed and prepared to work with international clients, so you can be sure they will provide a smooth and seamless experience for foreign buyers. They have access to a wide network of professionals to assist you with inbound or outbound transactions around the globe.
