Here are 5 Gated communities in Laguna you didn’t know existed! These are the some of the best private and gated communities in Laguna Beach. Learn More Here! 👩🏼🏫
These are the most exclusive gated, private communities in Laguna beach. Homes rarely come on the market. These neighborhoods are small, hidden and highly desirable.
1. Hidden Valley Canyon
The ultimate, quiet hideaway off of a major road. I bet most of you have never noticed the gate leading up to it! Super cute, friendly community. 🏠🌳 Near prestigious TOW elementary, Thurston Middle School and Laguna Beach High! Homes can be more affordable in price, in 2023 a wonderful home was available for less than $2M.
2. Smithcliffs
Experience coastal bluff front living at its finest in the least well known of the big 3 North Laguna Gated communities. 🌊🏠 Breathtaking views in a luxury neighborhood. Expect to pay a lot of money to live here.
3. Sommet Du Monde
Live life on top of the world with panoramic views and luxury living in a tiny gated community. Beautiful homes on top of the ridge offer wonderful views and easy access to TOW Elementary. This is the most exclusive area of TOW and has some excellent luxury homes.
4. Allview Terrace
Stunning views meet tranquility in one of my favorite spots in Laguna. There aren’t that many homes to choose from, but they’re so special in their coveted spot perched on top of the hill in North Laguna Beach. Excellent for those who love sunsets 🌅, easy commuting to Newport Beach and the 73, and easy access to North Laguna Beaches.
5. Camel Point
Live the oceanfront lifestyle in this tiny coastal community. As in Smithcliffs, the prices are quite high for these exclusive homes. 🌊 Expect to pay between $8,000,000 and $30,000,000 for homes in this community.
